Arrival: Arrival at the hotel can be arranged for any day of the week. Rooms are available to guests from 2 p.m. onwards. Departure: On your day of departure, we would kindly ask you to check out by 11 p.m. at the latest. In the case of late arrival or premature departure, you will be charged 50% of the daily half-board price for the days concerned. The conditions are those detailed in the latest version of the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions. Cancellation: A cancellation of your booking is only possible until 4 weeks before your scheduled date of arrival. Any cancellations after this deadline will be subject to a cancellation fee. Payment: You can pay using any generally accepted currency (€ / EUR / Euro), European check card and credit card. Animals: animals can only be accepted with prior warning to the hotel management. Please understand that animals cannot be allowed into the spa and beauty area or the dining hall. Breakfast: Breakfast buffet from the very finest culinary treats from 7.30 a.m. to 10.30 a.m. Evening meals: Between 6.30 and 8 p.m. you will able to choose from a four-course menu including a salad buffet. Once a week our kitchen also offers an extensive dessert buffet. |
Indoor swimming pool: Our swimming pool is open every day from 7.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m. Sauna and steam room from 4.00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m. TV and radio: On channels 1 to 10 on your television, you will receive the following programmes: ORF 1, ORF 2, (Austrian TV) SAT 1, 3 SAT, RTL, PRO 7, DSF, RTL 2, ZDF (German TV) and on channel 11, you will receive the live panorama camera from the Hochzeiger ski area. Radio programme will be received on channels 12 to 14. Children: Reduction for an additional bed. We will be pleased to
serve baby food you have brought with you at any time of the day,
including outside mealtimes. Cots, high-chairs and baby monitors
are available to guests for free.
